1. How do I receive my restored / retouched photos?
These will be mailed to you along with your originals and any reprints
that you have ordered. If you have submitted your photos online then
we could, at your request, send them to you via email. With this option
you would save on postage but would have to be able to print them yourselves.
2. My Photos have stains on them can they be restored?
Generally Yes. However if some areas of the picture are beyond repair,
they can often be rebuilt using either existing information in other
parts of the photo or any other facts that you can provide us with in
regard to what was originally in the damaged areas.
3. Will I have my original photo returned to me?
Yes. Originals are scanned as soon as we receive them. They are then
stored safely whilst the restoration process takes place.
4. I now use a digital camera and have pictures that I would like
retouched, sitting on my computer. How can I get these to you?
You can either attach them to an email and send them according to instructions
on the order page or print them onto a photo printer and send them into
us via mail (see contacts). Please feel free to telephone if you need
any technical advice.
5. How long does the restoration take to complete?
Usually within 30 days depending on the complexity of the services required.
We can speed up the service for priority orders at an additional cost.
6. Do you provide a money back guarantee if I am not satisfied?
If you request it we can provide an online example for your approval
before we complete the work. If you are not satisfied with the results
at this stage we will happily refund all of your deposit.
